Do you offer custom helium balloon arrangements?
Yes! We specialize in customized helium balloon bouquets and arrangements for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and special surprises. You can choose the colors, message, and design style.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom designs. Last-minute orders are accepted based on stock and schedule.
Do you deliver? What areas do you cover?
Yes, we offer delivery within a 20-mile radius of Prosper, Texas.
Delivery fees vary depending on the exact location and will be calculated at checkout. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not offer pickup. All orders are delivered directly to your location within a 20-mile radius of Prosper, Texas.
Our goal is to make it easy for you — we’ll take care of the delivery so you can focus on the celebration!
How long do helium balloons last?
Standard helium balloons last 8–12 hours, while foil balloons and arrangements with treatment can last up to 3–5 days or longer indoors. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods through our online checkout.
Do you offer balloons for surprise delivery (e.g. birthdays)?
Yes! We love helping you surprise your loved ones. We can deliver to their home or office — just add the recipient's info at checkout and let us know it’s a surprise!
🎈 What is your cancellation and exchange policy for helium balloons?
Because all our helium balloon creations are custom-made and time-sensitive, we have a specific cancellation and return policy:
✅ Cancellations
• You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it.
• After 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Orders scheduled for same-day or next-day delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the perishable nature of helium-filled balloons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the balloons have been inflated or delivered.
