Artofair Balloons is a small business based in Prosper, Texas. We offer personalized helium balloon arrangements and local delivery within a 20-mile radius.

2. Products & Services

All balloon arrangements are custom-made based on the selections you make when placing your order. We do not stock pre-made items.

Please ensure all order details (text, colors, delivery address, date, etc.) are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery within 20 miles of Prosper, TX. Pickup is not available.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order at the scheduled time. Failed deliveries due to customer absence may incur a redelivery fee or result in order cancellation without refund.

In summary:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours for a full refund.
No refunds are issued for same-day or next-day deliveries.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
